At Devieka Food Udyog, we believe customer satisfaction is essential. While we prepare each order with care and hygiene, we understand that issues can occasionally occur. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns on unused, unopened products within 48 hours of delivery.

Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will initiate a refund (excluding shipping charges, which are non-refundable).

Please allow up to 7 working days for your return to be processed.

Returns Will NOT Be Accepted in the Following Cases:

❌ Discounted or promotional items
❌ Return request made after 48 hours of delivery
❌ Products that are opened, used, or altered
❌ If the wrong item is ordered by the customer
❌ Products returned without original packaging or invoice
❌ Products damaged after delivery or due to misuse
❌ Tampered packaging or missing tags/labels
❌ Any food item not suitable for resale due to hygiene or shelf life concerns
❌ If product defects are not covered under Devieka's quality commitment

Please note: All items on sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Conditions for Eligible Returns:

• Product must be in unused and unopened condition

• Must be returned with original packaging, invoice, labels, and any complimentary items

• Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

• Proof of purchase is mandatory

• Reverse pickup will be arranged only once per order. Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the refund status. If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, UPI, etc.)

• Shipping or handling charges (if any) will be deducted

• You will receive the refund within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing timelines

Note: We do not provide refunds for products purchased through third-party platforms or offline retail partners.

Failed Deliveries or Rejected Orders

• If the order is returned due to non-acceptance by the customer, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund

• In case of incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer, the order may be cancelled and refund issued after deducting applicable costs

• If reverse pickup is not possible from your location, you will be required to send the product to our office address at your own cost

• Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days

• Delivery time may range from 3–7 days depending on your location

• During festivals or high demand, shipping may be delayed slightly

Breach of Policy or Misuse

Devieka Food Udyog reserves the right to suspend transactions, reject orders, or block access in case of:

• Breach of our return policy or misuse of our services

• Inability to verify customer identity or shipping details

• Repeated or suspicious return requests

• Attempts to defraud or harm business integrity

Important Note:

We strive to accept all eligible returns, but if the product is returned in unsuitable condition, we may return it back to you without issuing a refund. All returned goods will be thoroughly inspected upon arrival.

We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns, as we are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
